Every Kinetic coach holds a credential and trains here themselves. They are not floor-staff. They are the reason members stay.

    Strength is Marcus's specialty. Twelve-week barbell cycles, raw squat coaching, and the kind of cueing that makes a heavy single feel like a warm-up.
