When you book a free intro, drop-in, or membership, we collect your name, email, phone number, and training experience. When you sign up as a member, we additionally collect billing information processed by our payment provider. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use your information to schedule classes, process membership billing, send you class reminders and gym updates, and respond to your messages. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email or by replying to ask.
