  • 01 / 06

    CrossFit

    The core program. Strength + conditioning, every day.

    Constantly varied functional movement at high intensity. Programmed daily by our head coach. Suited to athletes of every level. Scaled for first-timers, weighted for masters.

    Olympic Lifting

    Snatch and clean & jerk. Coached, not guessed.

    Two sessions a week dedicated to the snatch, clean, jerk, and the lifts that build them. USAW-credentialed coaching. Open to anyone competent in the back squat.

    HYROX

    Race-specific training. Eight stations, full send.

    Programmed for the HYROX race format: ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, row, farmer carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls. Build the engine, sharpen the technique.

    Boxing Conditioning

    Bag work, footwork, output. No sparring.

    Coached pad and bag work paired with conditioning circuits. Build technique, build cardio. We don't run a fight team. We run a conditioning class with hands.

    Pure Strength

    Linear progression. Squat. Press. Deadlift.

    Three days a week of barbell-only programming. Squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press. Periodised over twelve-week blocks. For members building a base.

    Your training, our space. Coached on the floor.

    Self-directed training in a coached environment. Use any of our equipment. Ask any of our coaches for cues. Available every weekday between class times.
